House Rules
****NO SMOKING**** Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the unit – but please feel
free to smoke/vape on the patios / garden.
If you have reserved the unit for 2/4/6 people – you were quoted accordingly. You
cannot have more people than what you were quoted for sleeping over. If something
arises please talk to us. Extra guests with no prior arrangement will be charged R500 per
person per night. The max occupancy is 6.
NO FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED.
You are permitted a few external guests as day visitors only – by prior arrangement.
Thalassa's has a strict “no parties” rule. This includes but is not limited to any event
such as a stag night/hen party.
No screaming/fighting will be tolerated at Thalassa's. You are sharing the property with
other guests/permanent residents and we will not allow their stay to be disrupted.
NO EXCESSIVE LOUD MUSIC.
Quiet time is from 9:30pm until 5:30am
***In the event that these rules are ignored the security company/ SAPS will be called in
order to escort you off the property. No refund will be given as the rules has been
clearly stated before your reservation and again prior to arrival.***
