Thalassa's is pet-friendly and chances are there will be dogs around during your visit, even if you did not bring yours along.

There are also dogs that reside here permanently.

They do not have direct access to the unit you will be staying in but might bark if they notice you.

All guests are required to keep their dogs confined to the garden space provided for the duration of their visit and not to have them roam freely in the general area.

This is for everyone's safety, including theirs. The driveway/gate/ is used

by all four units and is considered the “general area”.

Guests are also encouraged to clean up after their dogs with the tools provided (use the rake and the scoopy to pick up the poop, place it in a packet, tie a knot and throw it into the black bin bucket) If the poop is

too wet to pick up then take some sand from the white bucket and

cover it up. It really helps! If you do not you will quickly be overrun by a growing fly population.

If your dogs are coming along please be considerate and bring

along some old linen to cover the furniture. If you forgot, please ask

and we will supply some.

The success and continuance of any pet-friendly establishment is determined by the pet-owners taking responsibility for their animals.

All dogs are going to bark in a new environment, this is normal and

please do not get cross with them. They will likely be over excited.

They will bark at the other dogs at Thalassa's and the other dogs will

bark at them.

It is not necessary to quieten them down continuously.

We want them to enjoy their stay as well. All guests are

encouraged to be kind and understanding to other guests and

other animals.
